The name alludes to the Ses Negres Marine Reserve, a protected area to the south of the bay, very rich in marine flora and fauna, which preserves biodiversity and benefits small-scale fishing.
Sa Riera used to be a fishing bay, mainly for anchovies, mackerel and sardines. Over the years this seafaring atmosphere of the bay has been kept alive and we work to make it more so than ever, with a gastronomic offer of seafood and local cuisine based on the products of the sea and the land of Empordà.
We want your stay at Hostal Ses Negres to be a pleasant and satisfactory experience. Enjoy “the salt of life”, which, as the locals say, are the good things in life.
We are committed to providing you with quality service, so please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time. Whether you are planning your next getaway, need information about our facilities or just want to say hello.
