Flexible Rates: Reservations made in advance may be canceled (or modified) without penalty up to 15 days before the arrival date.
If the cancellation or modification is made between 14 and 8 days prior to the arrival date, a penalty of 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If the cancellation or modification occurs between 7 days and 48 hours prior to arrival, 75% of the total stay will be charged as a penalty.
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, or in the case of a no-show on the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the total reservation will be charged as a penalty.
